JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a team-oriented and highly communicative individual to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator (Production Planner), you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Relations: Engage with clients to understand needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Order Verification: Review and confirm customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Purchasing Materials: Source and procure materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate project timelines, deliveries, and crew schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: Address challenges proactively, finding efficient solutions to keep projects on track.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Web browser, email, and order management systems).
  • Strong understanding of processes with a thorough, detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and customer interactions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or customer service is a plus but not required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a bonus.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Dutch Barn Builders is seeking driven Sales Executives to join our growing team in Canonsburg, PA and New Martinsville, WV. The ideal candidate is passionate, driven, self-motivated, and has a background in sales and/or customer service. In this role, you need to understand the customers’ needs and provide them with top tier customer service, giving the customer a positive experience from start to finish. We want someone who is always willing to grow as a person and as a professional.

For over 50 years, we’ve provided top-quality Amish-built sheds, garages, cabins, and outdoor structures—and we’re looking for people who believe in what they sell.

  • Engage with walk-in customers, phone leads, and online inquiries.
  • Listen to customer needs and guide them toward the right product or custom solution.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and present proposals professionally.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and manage your sales pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Keep detailed notes and use our CRM system to track interactions.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our products, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Uphold Dutch Barn Builders’ mission and values in every customer interaction.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to learn and explain product details—construction or building background is a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
